     A barber moved into a neighborhood and opened a shop using the
     motto "Best Barber in Town."

     A short time later another barber opened a shop next door and used
     the motto "Best Barber in the State."

     Some time later a third barber opened his shop right next to the
     other two.  His motto was "Best Barber in America."

     Still another barber moved into the same block and his motto was
     "Best Barber in the World."

     Then came the 5th barber on the block to open his shop and his
     motto was "Best Barber in the Universe."

     When the 6th barber opened his shop he thought for several days and
     finally come up with his motto "Best Barber on this Block."
